Namahn and Symbio get together a new contract with BAC for the evaluation and prediction of workload at Brussels Airport security control room.
The study will be based on a careful analysis and modeling of activities in the control room and the application of a predictive model that allows predicting workload for the operators in the room. One of the objectives in particular is to determine if overloads occur during peak activity periods. The study takes place in the framework of the partnership installed with Namahn since 2011.
